Eelons are purple, eel-like Nightmarens that discharge electricity. They appear in Delight City and Memory Forest in NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams.

- Eelons are similar to Gaos from the first game, a third level nightmaren who releases electric charges.
- It's name is most likely a combination of the words "Eel" and "Ion", but it could also be the combination of the words "Eel" and "Neon".
- An Eelon Mepian has the ability to glow.
